The health and safety of our guests has always been of the upmost importance to us and our lodges have always been cleaned to a high standard, however, right now ‘normal’ procedures may not be enough to control the spread of Coronavirus, therefore we are employing extra measures to maintain the safety of our guests and staff. Are we open and accepting bookings?
Shropshire is currently in lockdown with the rest of England and therefore closed but we are accepting bookings for dates after the 12th April when the next review will take place. Before staying with us please check your own area restriction level via on GOV.UK as you will be required to adhere to the rules for your own area when in Shropshire.
We are accepting new bookings and these come with our COVID REFUND GUARANTEE to give you peace of mind.
In these uncertain times, we want to reassure you that if you are unable to travel to come and stay with us because of a national lockdown, or because you are in a tier where you are unable to travel, then we will guarantee you a full refund.
This guarantee covers lockdowns and tier restrictions but does not cover you ( or members of your party) for illness or if you are required to self-isolate or quarantine for COVID reasons. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance which we recommend our guests do.
